Job Title: Architect

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning multidisciplinary firm who provide specialist design services to the luxury residential industry. They are on the lookout for a qualified Architect to hit the ground running on a range of their high scale residential projects for their team based in Sheffield.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need relevant post RIBA part 3 qualification completion within a UK practice, primarily working on residential projects across RIBA stages 4-6. The successful individual will need to be ARB registered and have proficiency with Revit.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Have completed their RIBA Part 3 qualification
- Are ARB registered
- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
- Proficiency with industry standard software such as Revit
- Good experience working across RIBA stages 4 - 6 is essential
- Proven background working on luxury residential projects
- Commercial project experience is beneficial
- Job running experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
