An award-winning, RIBA-chartered AJ100 practice in Sheffield is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architect for their Student Accommodation Team.
The position offers a salary range of £34,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.
Candidates should have several years of post-qualification experience and strong skills in Revit, particularly in RIBA Stages 3-6.
Daily responsibilities include collaborating with senior team members, managing project teams, and engaging in client-facing tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, along with leadership capabilities.

An award-winning, RIBA-chartered AJ100 practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architect to join their Student Accommodation Team. This practice operates across multiple sectors, including Residential, Student Accommodation, Retail, Leisure, and Commercial.

The ideal candidate will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong Revit skills and essential experience in RIBA Stages 3-6.

Daily Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:

Architectural Technologist (CIAT accredited) or Architect with post-qualification experience
Essential: RIBA Stages 3-6 experience in student accommodation projects
Strong Revit skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Confident in leadership and client interaction
Strong time management and attention to detail
