Experienced Project Architect required to join a large AJ100 Multi-Disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consultancy based in Sheffield to support the project delivery of various large scale student accommodation projects.

Our client established over 150 years ago now employ over 80 highly skilled and career motivated staff who all contribute to the delivery of a multitude of design led Commissions predominantly across their core markets which are Retail, Commercial Workplace, Mixed Use Residential, Living Sector and Lesiure Projects. Based in a recently modernised contemporary studio in Sheffield, our client operates nationally and have garnered a reputation for delivering an extensive range of Architectural and Engineering solutions in varying levels of values and complexity.

We are looking for an accomplished Project Architect, ideally a proven job-runner with circa 5-10 years experience (although this is open to a degree of flexibility), an effective communicator and a lead-figure in the office. Someone with a proven track-record of completed projects a portfolio to match encompassing various cross sectors, ideally with some exposure to Student Accommodation. Project work here is completed primarily using REVIT, so it is essential for candidates to display some level of experience in this area, however some training is available for those who know the basics and are keen to learn.

Seasoned ARB/RIBA Project Architect from an Architectural Practice background.
Experience at working across all RIBA stages
Proven track record of completed projects within either the Residential, Commercial, Retail or Leisure / hospitality sectors.
Excellent communication skills: Written & Verbal and solid client facing & relationship building attributes.
Team management experience.
On-site delivery experience / client facing skills essential.
REVIT & AutoCAD fluency.
