About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the design and delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects in the Sheffield area. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept development to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing design concepts and layouts that meet client requirements and industry standards
• Managing design teams and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Overseeing the production of design drawings and specifications
• Ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Client liaison and relationship management

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Relevant design degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Design Manager in the interior fit-out industry
• Strong design skills and aesthetic sense
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
