They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming finance team, on a full time & permanent basis
The role of a Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:
- Managing the Purchase Ledger email inbox
- Processing and coding invoices
- Sending invoices out for approval
- Payments by BACS
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Checking monthly supplier statements
Skills and experience of a Purchase Ledger Assistant:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to process high volumes of invoices
- Experience of BACS and other payment types would be an advantage
- Team work
- Ability to build good relationships
