Based in North Sheffield, this is a well established organisation, and you will be given full support.
Joining a small and close knit team, the role will involve:- Invoice Management: Accurately process and verify incoming invoices.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payment runs efficiently.
- Reconciliation: Assist in ledger reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the accounting system.
- Supplier Interaction: Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and payment issues.
- Experience: Proven experience in a purchase ledger or similar role.
- Skills: High attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software.
