We are looking for Platers for long term contract work in Sheffield for immediate starts.

This is fabrication workshop based.

Rate of pay is 18.48 per hour (first 39 hours per day Monday to Friday), 26.22 per hour (overtime after39 hours Monday to Friday and first 4 hours on Saturday) and 34.96 per hour (after first 4 hours on Saturdays and Sundays)

The work is heavy fabrication work, so experience in the oil and gas/nuclear sectors is desirable.

Must be able to read from engineering drawings and be able to display experience with heavy fabrication work on CV.

• You will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of materials and components used in many sectors
• Interpreting manufacturing paperwork (Engineering drawings)

NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Fabrication and Welding or Plating would be expected.

NO TRAVEL OR LODGE AVAILABLE SO MUST LIVE WITHIN A REASONABLE COMMUTE FROM SHEFFIELD.
