If you’re seeking a long-term role where you’ll be appreciated and supported, this could be the perfect fit for you.The RoleWhilst maintaining and preparing financial records (with training provided by the company accountant), you’ll also manage office administration to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can expect to:
  • Oversee company vehicles, including tax, insurance, and AA memberships and handling changes to the fleet when required
  • Supporting the business with other relevant duties as needed
This is a role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be given the tools and training to succeed in every aspect.The Ideal CandidateAs our ideal candidate, you’ll have a strong understanding of financial record-keeping, excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and compliance reporting (BAS, GST, tax) is essential, along with proficiency in Xero, Sage or Quickbooks. You will also have:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in the electrical, manufacturing or construction industry, or a similar field
  • A great ability to multitask, handling a busy office environment efficiently
