About the role
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic goals by attracting, selecting, and retaining talented staff who align with our mission and values. By ensuring we recruit individuals with the right skills, experience, and mindset, you will help shape the future of the college, supporting its ambition to deliver exceptional learning experiences and outcomes. This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, ensuring a high standard of talent acquisition, and supporting the college in its mission to provide life-changing learning opportunities.
This role sits within the College People Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of People Experience and Operations to develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with the College's (Apply online only) strategic goals, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
- Strengthen and maintain the College's employer brand, making Sheffield College a top employer in the region.
- Lead on data reporting for recruitment activities, including EDI data and recruitment timelines, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to address recruitment challenges and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage key recruitment channels and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective methods to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Enhance social media and online presence to attract top talent and drive engagement.
- Standardise recruitment processes across the college, including interview procedures, job descriptions, and advertising methods for consistency and effectiveness.
- Support the People team development, ensuring training and best practices are followed.
- Manage and optimise the recruitment system, ensuring processes are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
- Develop and maintain a preferred supplier list, ensuring a balance between value for money and quality of candidates.
What we can offer you
As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £34,801 - £40,192 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role
