- Identify opportunities to cross sell products in the business
- Support existing clients with their recent orders and boosting their current spend
- Assist clients in identifying products that match their needs
- Liaise with a wide range of people across the company including dispatch, hauliers, purchasing, accounts and external sales teams
- Build strong client profiles to better assist your efforts in both new and existing business
- Support the wider sales process by issuing owners manuals, processing orders, and handling customer service throughout
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to work effectively within a team and individually
- Have experience working with a CRM systems and Microsoft Office
