Job Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance department in overseeing the installation, operation, and upkeep of automated manufacturing/Engineering equipment. The role ensures all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The Maintenance Manager also develops preventive maintenance programs, addresses reactive maintenance issues, manages risk, and ensures business continuity. Additionally, the role involves leading a team of maintenance staff, promoting continuous improvement, and aligning maintenance strategies with overall business objectives.
