 Role Description

The Onboarding Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration and setup of our clients products and services for new customers. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and customer service skills to facilitate a seamless transition for clients. The Onboarding Engineer will work closely with new clients to deliver a positive first experience and ensure customers are fully equipped to utilize their solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding:
    • Guide new customers through the onboarding process
    • Conduct onboarding sessions, including product demonstrations, configuration, and training.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical assistance to customers during the onboarding phase, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal technical teams to address and escalate complex technical challenges.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
