Service Delivery Manager (SDM0624)
Full-time/36.25 hours per week. £30,000 to £33,000pa (dependent on experience) plus pension. Annual leave is bank holidays plus 30 days per annum

This role is central to this commitment. You will need to:
- Ensure our services are delivered successfully, every day;
- Focus on our beneficiaries, and their expectations of receiving holistic, person-centred services to meet their needs;
- Ensure we meet service targets and contractual obligations, and provide reports and returns as required;
- Work with our Head of Service Delivery and Standards to implement the charity’s quality systems;
- Ensure our services, staff, volunteers, and customers are safe;
- Help drive our commitment to continuously improve our services.
This role has an office base in Sheffield city centre but you will be expected to regularly travel to all community settings in which we deliver services.
