About the Role

We are recruiting experienced sales professionals to join the Inbound Sales team of a leading UK insurance provider. This full-time, permanent position offers the flexibility of remote working or a hybrid option for those based near Nottingham.

Our requirement is 12 months targeted telesales experience in one role within the last 3 years.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 12 months of telesales experience in a single role
  • Sales experience must be within the last 3 years
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week on a 6-week rotating shift pattern
  • Full flexibility required between 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Includes one full weekend and one Saturday within the 6-week rota

Your Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact - Assist customers seeking support for their Beko appliances
  • Appliance Registration - Help customers register their products
  • Upselling Insurance - Offer protection plans tailored to customer needs
  • Customer Engagement - Build rapport and provide exceptional service
  • Tailored Solutions - Recommend the best insurance protection packages
