Class 1 Driver

Reliable Class 1 (C+E) drivers wanted!

At Interaction recruitment we are looking for hardworking Class 1 HGV drivers to join one of our well-established clients in Ecclesfield.

As a long-established Company, we take pride working with the best clients and candidates across the country.

Various start times available with Days, Nights and weekend work starting at either 4:00 or 5:00 am starts.

Full time equivalent patterns available – Sun to Thurs, Monday to Friday

About you :

You should hold a valid HGV 1/ C+E licence.

Understand and able to comply with driver’s hours and WTD legislation.

A valid CPC and Digi tacho card are required as well as no more than 6 points on the licence for insurance purposes.

Experience of wide load driving as well as understanding rules and regulations on wide load compliance.

Experience with using ratchet straps and extended trailers.

Able to load and unload securely.

Have a truck sat nav.

Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.

Should comply with on- site health and safety requirements.
