Job Title: Repairs and Maintenance Technician

Location: Sheffield

Job Summary: To provide a professional, efficient, and cost-effective repairs and maintenance service to the required quality standards, satisfying performance targets and working in compliance with health and safety legislation, regulations, and good practices. The role involves working as part of a team to carry out specific trade work and multi-trade duties, including but not limited to maintenance and repairs of all types of properties and social spaces. The goal is to deliver a customer-focused service that results in high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance services to the required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, regulations, and good practices.
• Work as part of a team to carry out specific trade work and multi-trade duties.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on various types of properties and social spaces.
• Provide a customer-focused service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Clean driving license.
• Level 3 NVQ Qualification in Joinery.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and good practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven experience in repairs and maintenance work.
