Role: Manual Turner
Location: Sheffield
Salary: 14 - 15ph DOE. Shift Premiums: 16.6% on Days and 33% on Nights. Overtime is paid at time and a half.
Shifts: Days and Nights - Monday to Thursday.
- Days: 6am until 2pm
- Nights: 8pm until 6am

Adept Resourcing Group are proud to be working alongside a busy Castings Manufacturer based in Sheffield. Together we are searching for an experienced Manual Turner to join their busy team. Suitable candidates must time served Manual Turning experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Machining large castings
- Working from Engineering drawings
- Working a variety of machines; Manual Lathes and Vertical Borers
- Precision machining of specialist Alloys
- Marking up of Swarfs; Alloy ID
- Ensuring production is carried out to schedule
- Working to specific tolerances
- Quality Inspection of machined parts - Visual and Dimensional
Skills and Experience Required:
- Time-served Manual Turner
- Must have experience machining large Castings/Vertical Boring
