What You'll Do

  • Lesson Setup & Prep: Organise materials and set up equipment for Food Technology lessons, ensuring readiness for practical activities.
  • Classroom Assistance: Support students during lessons, guiding them in safety practices and assisting with culinary techniques.
  • Textiles Support: Provide additional assistance in Textiles classes for years 7-9, helping engage students in creative activities.
  • Resource & Equipment Management: Maintain and organise classroom resources, ensuring all equipment is clean, safe, and accounted for.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Prior experience as a Food Technician in a secondary school setting.
  • Qualification: Level 3 qualification in a related field.
  • Enhanced DBS: Current enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one.
