Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be exclusively working with an international multi-brand manufacturer and distributor.

The Content Marketing Manager will be required to travel to other Group locations to work alongside colleagues and for external events and meetings as appropriate (including internationally).

General overview:

The purpose of this role is to manage key marketing channels and content creation for multi brands, including but not limited to social media management, event management and photography / graphic design. The ideal applicant would bring experience in these areas, as well as a track record of brand development. This individual will report into the Head of Sales and work closely with both Sales and Product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and commercial benefit in outbound communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, create and implement the marketing strategy, liaising closely with the sales function to support delivery of targets.
  • Steer overall brand strategy for both brands working closely with teams from both businesses to deliver to their market’s needs.
  • Project manage international and domestic trade shows, taking ownership of promoting and creating content for key calendar events.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to produce marketing collateral for distribution customers and end users.
  • Produce photography and videography to support the sales strategy and new product launches,
  • Manage third party agency partners to deliver on projects where required.
  • Manage social media output, aligning with Digital and Sales strategy to produce value-creating content and generate leads.
  • Take ownership of physical marketing, including catalogues, brochures and packaging.
  • Production of graphic design where required.

Person specification

  • Experience of working in a small to medium sized business
  • Minimum of 4 years working in a similar Marketing role.
  • Experience of working within a B2B marketing company
  • Experience of working within a product-based company

Core Competencies

  • Knowledge of different marketing strategies and techniques to support the sales team
  • Experience of social media marketing, from content creation to management of channels
  • Strong understanding of both digital and print marketing
  • Digital content creation using Adobe Suite
  • Videography and photography experience
