Your will be responsible for business development activities and driving growth. This role will suit someone who has proven business development experience with a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and qualifying leads, conducting thorough research via platforms such as Glenigan and direct outreach via calls and LinkedIn
  • Providing qualified leads and relevant sales tools to customers to help them convert opportunities
  • Building robust relationships with key decision-makers
  • Using CRM to track and manage all leads, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth progression through the pipeline
  • Collaborating with distributors to ensure active pursuit and conversion of leads into sales
  • Acting as the main contact for customer branches
  • Conducting market mapping and gather insights to support distributor success and competitiveness
  • Monitoring and reporting on lead conversion rates and sales outcomes
  • Supporting the development and expansion of the business development team
Skills & experience Required:
  • Proven Business Development experience
  • Results driven mindset with the ambition to grow into a leadership role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Experience with lead generation platforms such as Glenigan
