Role: Online Sales Coordinator
Salary: 26,000 - 27,000
Located: Sheffield
Hours:- Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 16:45 & Fri 08:30 - 15:00
Our client is looking for an Online Sales Coordinator who will support the sales function with online sellers such as Amazon coordinating export shipping documentation through online portals, monitoring stock, liaising with warehouse, and shipping agents to ensure a smooth fulfilment of orders and providing the customer with proof of deliveries. Working closely with the Customer Services and Export Sales Teams.
The role:
- To ensure the administration of export invoices and documentation is accurate and submitted within the required timelines
- Evidencing documentation and presenting this through the relevant customer portals for dispute claims
- Monitoring forecasted sales against stock holding in the warehouse avoiding costly stock shortages
- Order editing and order entry
- Administrative aftercare includes reporting of issues through customer portals and handling of shortages and claims
- Input of orders on SAP to the shipping documentation and requirements.
- Support the growth of export online sales
- Provide a proactive approach to problem solve and co-ordinate shipments with logistics providers seeing the goods from order to delivery
- Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate
The successful candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high standard of accuracy and efficiency
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft packages and SAP would be advantageous
- Problem solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience managing own workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
