Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with one of South Yorkshire’s leading flooring and carpet retailer to recruit them a Regional Sales Manager.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for operating the “mobile showroom” vehicle, bringing top-quality products and services. This unique role is essential to the success of the business, and you’ll spend much of your time on the road, visiting businesses to provide a hands on personal service to customers every day.

You’ll be able to offer a full end-to-end service, advising, measuring, and fitting flooring. With your knowledge of our exceptional product range, you’ll bring customers’ ideas to life.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager role:

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
  • Recommend tailored flooring solutions using expert product knowledge.
  • Accurately measure, quote, and prepare detailed flooring plans using in-house software.
  • Identify and report any flooring issues such as damage or dampness during visits.
  • Convert visit leads into sales by presenting the right products and solutions.
  • Support the store in meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

Requirements for the Regional Sales Manager role:

  • A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales within the B2B flooring industry, with the ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships based on trust and product knowledge.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to travel, with a willingness to cover national territories as required, including overnight stays, to meet customer needs, attend appointments, and support wider business objectives.
  • You are a driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and providing excellent service.
