The Role

Drive strategic growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing key accounts. This hybrid role focuses on research, LinkedIn networking, and targeted outreach to secure appointments with prospective clients. Over time, you'll progress to leading your own client meetings and driving sales growth directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio with 30% account management and 70% new business development.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospects and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Build and nurture client relationships with tailored communication and follow-ups.
  • Secure high-quality appointments with decision-makers as the primary objective.
  • Gradually transition to managing and leading your own client meetings.
  • Qualify leads and collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation activities and performance metrics.
  • Operate in a hybrid working model, balancing home-based research with client engagement.

About You:

  • Proven B2B experience, particularly in appointment scheduling and client outreach.
