Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge to enhance student growth, creating engaging lesson plans, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include delivering curriculum, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in accordance with the correct curriculum.
- Prepare students for national assessments and examinations, providing targeted support and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support their learning journey.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students and promote a positive school culture.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic performance, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- The ability to effectively teach a range of subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement.
