Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an interim Asset Delivery Manager for a housing association based in South Yorkshire. This is an initial contract until the end of March 2025, paying £350 per day umbrella, and requires office attendance 4 days per week.

The role:

  • Responsible for operation delivery of the asset investment plans, including capital works and decarbonisation initiatives
  • Manage all aspects of asset investment programmes and major works, including producing specification of works, utilising capital and revenue expenditure, managing external contractors, and ensuring adherence to health and safety legislation
  • Effective budget and contractor management to deliver value for money
  • Support the embedding of tenant feedback in all aspects of the service, ensuring it drives continues improvement to service delivery
  • Manage and develop a small team, ensuring high performance throughout

What you need:

  • Experience of operational management and delivery of capital and major works programmes within a relevant organisation
  • Professional/technical qualification in Surveying, Building Maintenance or Construction, or membership of a relevant professional discipline e.g RICS, CIOB
