Project Engineer (RAMS) - £37 to £50 per hour (OUTSIDE IR35) – 6 months initially – Sheffield

Opportunity:

Ford & Stanley Interim are currently partnered with a specialist design, build and manufacturing consultancy responsible for a number of world first projects.

Our client has several highly confidential and security sensitive Aerospace & Defence projects and due to this we require a well-seasoned Electrical Engineer to support with the preparation of safety-critical documentation such as RAMS.

The Project Engineer will play a key role in assisting the Project Integration Manager with the successful execution and completion of engineering deliverables. This involves managing project documentation, preparing reports, and offering technical support to ensure the project meets its defined objectives and standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support & Coordination
  • Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Project Reporting
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Meeting Minutes & Documentation

 Essential Criteria:

  • Experience preparing RAMS documentation for electrical project components, such as control panels, mechanical brackets, and field devices
  • Educated to Level 3, C&G or HNC/D in Electrical Engineering
  • Able to commute to Sheffield 3-4 days per week
