An authority up North, following a restructure and an excess projection in workload are looking to bring on an additional Bridge Inspector onto their team.Â
The client is looking for someone who can:
- Support with the delivery of an informed internal Principal Bridge Inspections programme in accordance with Codes of Practise (CS 450)
- Ensure that highway structures are safe to use and wherever possible fit for purpose by ensuring the appropriate structures management processes are undertaken
- Undertake a minimum of 12 - 17 inspections/weekly whilst maintaining quality and is aware of the bridge inspection processes
- Knowledge and experience with report writing using AMX
- Be qualified HNC OR similar
The role is:
- Initial 6 months (rolling)
- Hybrid working
- Rate is circa £45 - 50/hr (Inside IR35)
