Marketing Director
Location: Remote
Salary: up to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
The Role
My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead the strategic direction of their marketing function, driving brand awareness and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, internal communications, sales engagement, social media, PR, customer CRM, external communications, and digital strategy.
You will also manage the lead generation efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) programme, using customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, brand management, PR, and social media.
- Lead internal communications to ensure employee engagement and alignment with company messaging.
- Drive sales engagement initiatives to support commercial teams with effective campaigns and materials.
- Manage the customer CRM strategy to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Lead external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning.
- Oversee the outbound service team and lead generation efforts to drive new business opportunities.
- Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) programme, using feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business development and commercial goals.
Skills and Experience Required
- Extensive experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Strong background in B2B marketing
- Proven expertise in leading multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, CRM, and PR.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Experience in customer insight and data-driven decision-making, including NPS management.
- Commercially driven with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
