They work with clients nationwide from small family businesses to large national corporate organisations across both the public and private sectors. The company is looking to rapidly drive growth over the next 5 years as a result of both organic growth and acquisition activity.
Sales and Marketing Director - The Role:
This is a key role for the organisation supporting the MD in the day to day running of the business. You will be responsible for all sales & marketing across the business, provide input into the company's budget, and contribute towards the wider business strategy. You will keep on top of all market trends and changes, ensuring that the business remains ahead of the curve and identify areas for increased revenue opportunity.
Sales and Marketing Director - Key Responsibilities:
- Support the MD in developing and implementing the company's business strategy, in particular with all sales and marketing activities
- Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the business, focusing on both core and additional revenue streams
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement new initiatives and maintain a high performance team culture
- Act as the face of the business with clients and at leading industry events
Sales and Marketing Director - You:
- Sound knowledge in strategic planning and identifying new business opportunities
- Previous experience of managing a team and playing an active role in a Senior Leadership Team
- Strong experience operating within an IT/Technology environment
- Proven track record of driving growth and winning new business
