Internal Sales Coordinator - Sheffield (South of Sheffield)

  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) + Bonuses every quarter approx. £1400 - Plus bonus for new business generation.
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday (Flexible: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

  • Work Model: Office-based

They are on the lookout for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and supportive sales team in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to sales enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Order Processing: Accurately input and manage customer orders using company systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Quotations & Follow-ups: Prepare quotes, follow up on open enquiries, and support the sales pipeline.
  • Liaison with Internal Teams: Work closely with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Sales Support: Assist the external sales team with administrative tasks, lead generation, and reporting.
