If you have some general sales experience but are new to our industry, you can expect to tbe on the lower end of the basic with a realistic £32,000 OTE .If you hold experience in our industry with active clients & contacts then you would be looking at an upwards of £50,000+ OTE with a £30k basic.
Either way, the commission is uncapped and your earnings can increase year on year, with the right attitude and drive to earn.

The Role
An exciting opportunity for a B2B Sales Consultant & Account Manager to join our trade sales department at their Sheffield office. This is a dynamic role focused on building and managing strong relationships with trade clients, including interior designers, architects, and procurement professionals.
What You’ll Do
As a B2B Sales Consultant you will serve as the key point of contact for trade clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will:
- Drive new business by identifying and pursuing trade opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Provide tailored product consultations to trade clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our furniture and lighting collections.
- Negotiate pricing and manage large-scale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain organised client records, oversee purchasing processes, and coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Actively collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growing our trade portfolio.
- Sell effectively to clients over the phone and via video calls, nurturing relationships and fostering trust.
What You’ll Bring as a Sales Consultant
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Customer focus, ensuring all client interactions reflect the high standards of Olson and Baker.
- The ability to work independently and proactively, using their initiative to generate new business opportunities.
- Previous experience in a similar B2B sales or account management role (highly desirable).
- Enthusiasm and passion for furniture, interiors, and building quality relationships.
- Furniture product knowledge is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
