Elevation Recruitment are proud to be working with a reputable manufacturing company based in Sheffield to recruit for a Sales Support Coordinator. This is a varied and dynamic role, providing key support to the Sales Director and wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of tenders

  • Overseeing the sales inbox and keeping track of the Sales Director’s emails

  • Gathering and sharing updates from distributors with the sales team

  • Organising and refining CRM data while creating essential sales documents

  • Maintaining pricing records and adding new products to supplier price lists

  • Providing general administrative assistance, including diary coordination

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

  • A confident, proactive approach to work

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced sales team

  • Full UK driving licence and vehicle required due to office location and limited public transport links
