Role: CNC/Manual Turner
Location: Sheffield
Salary:
Day Rate - dependant on experience: 14.67ph, 15.71ph or 16.76ph
Nights: Paid at time and a third
Shifts: 39 Hours, Days and Nights. Monday to Thursday.

Adept Resourcing Group are proud to be working alongside a busy Manufacturing company based in Sheffield. Together we are searching for an experienced CNC/Manual Turner to join their busy and growing team. This company specialise in manufacturing primarily for Petrochemical and Oil and Gas and this role will involve working within a Heavy Engineering environment.
Suitable candidates must have 3+ years CNC Turning. Programming experience is desirable but not essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Lathes as well as Setting and Operating Manual Lathes
- Working with Fanuc controls
- Machining long products/bespoke components - anything up to 10 metres in length
- Machining to specific tolerances
- Working from Engineering drawings
- Operating Overhead Cranes and FLT's
Skills and Experience Required:
- Must have 3+ years CNC Turning.
- Preferably Programming experience but not essential
- Overhead Crane/FLT experience
