We are seeking skilled individuals to join the Machine Shop team at our client's newly integrated facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimise or eliminate rework to achieve quality surface finishes
- Collect data, such as recording measurements before and after machining
- Conduct visual inspections on bore finishes
- Safely handle and load/unload tubes using an overhead crane
- Identify and address quality issues to ensure products meet standards
- Familiarity with modern management techniques, including TPM and 5S
- Maintain a high standard of safety in line with company policies and procedures
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience with long bed lathes, ideally with CNC controls
