This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to take their career to the next level with a respected and forward-thinking organization.The Role As a CNC Machinist, you’ll work within a high-performing team to deliver precision-engineered components for critical industries. Operating on a rotating three-shift system (days, afternoons, and nights), you’ll ensure all work meets the highest standards in quality and safety.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Setting, and operating CNC milling machines to meet production schedules.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring all work meets customer and company standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S principles.
  • Operating multiple machines as required to optimise production.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving any issues during machining processes.
  • Following health and safety guidelines to ensure safe operation of equipment.
What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Apprentice trained.
  • At least 3 years of CNC machining experience with metals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
