This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to take their career to the next level with a respected and forward-thinking organization.The Role As a CNC Machinist, you’ll work within a high-performing team to deliver precision-engineered components for critical industries. Operating on a rotating three-shift system (days, afternoons, and nights), you’ll ensure all work meets the highest standards in quality and safety.Your responsibilities will include:

Operating manual Vertical Borers and Lathes
Programing, set and operate CNC Lathes and vertical borers
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Conducting quality checks and ensuring all work meets customer and company standards.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S principles.
Operating multiple machines as required to optimise production.
Proactively identifying and resolving any issues during machining processes.
Following health and safety guidelines to ensure safe operation of equipment.

What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should have:

Apprentice trained.
At least 3 years of experience machining in a similar Industry (Metals)
The ability to operate manual Vertical Borers and Lathes
The ability to programme, set and operate CNC Lathes and vertical borers
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
