TSA Surveying is representing a national building consultancy seeking an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Sheffield team. The successful candidate will receive full support through the APC process, including training and development, with the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

Due to an increased workload from established clients, the consultancy is looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to their team. The role offers a diverse mix of project and survey work across various sectors, including commercial, retail, education, and local authority. Responsibilities will include condition surveys, PPM surveys, defect analysis, feasibility reports, and a range of project work. You will gain experience on projects such as heating replacements, extensions, refits, and renovations, covering both new builds and heritage properties.

With a senior team in place, this position offers a supportive environment for graduates. The consultancy provides biweekly team meetings, a structured in-house CPD program, access to two in-house APC assessors, mock interviews, and covers all related fees.
