The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a specialist consultancy who pride themselves on a 'people-focused' culture, currently operating across 6 successful offices, with circa 20 professionals across these offices. Due to continued success, they're looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to lead the development of their Sheffield office.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a team and service line, with exposure to a myriad of sectors such as commercial, retail, healthcare, education, heritage, leisure, industrial and energy.
As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing a broad client base of long-standing, blue-chip clients, providing various professional services including dilapidations, defect diagnosis, feasibility studies, architectural design, building and structural surveys.

The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally come from a similar consultancy background and have a strong track record in providing both project and professional services.
- MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
- Business development experience is beneficial
- Eager to develop and lead a team
