Are you a skilled Site Manager with a strong background in structural steel? We're looking for an experienced professional to oversee critical steel erection packages and manage teams.
Role Overview
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of structural steel projects. This includes managing RAMs, lift plans, and contractors/subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement RAMs and lift plans.
- Oversee steel erection packages, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with erectors, supervisors, and welders to achieve project goals.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Black CSCS card.
- SMSTS certification.
- CPCS (Appointed Person) qualification.
- Proven expertise in steel erection.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within structural steel.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
