Health & Safety responsibilityincluding site inductionstoolboxtalks and site inspections
Quality control including site walk,uploading informationandsnagging lists
Coordinatesubcontractors and direct trades such as joiners, M&E, decorating, drylining and more
Ensureprojects are completed on time and within budget
Report I not a visiting Contracts Manager and provide progress reports.
