Profile
A successful Commercial Lead should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role in the affordable homes or development industry
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of construction law and contracts
- Excellent communication skills
