Are you an experienced Contract Manager looking for a new challenge?

Randstad are currently working with a long-standing client looking for a contract manager to join their small team based in Sheffield to oversee the running of a wing within a hospital. You would be responsible for the supervisor, an electrician and a mechanical engineer.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary Up to £53,000
  • £5,000 car allowance per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • 35 days holiday (Including bank holidays)
  • Pension scheme - 5% candidate contribution, 10% client contribution
  • Joined up to BUPA Healthcare after 18 months service

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance schedule is prepared, agreed and delivered in line with SLA's
  • Maximise KPI Performance of engineers and contractors
  • Provide technical advice in respect of maintenance on relevant repair issues
  • Resolve issues in the most cost-effective way
  • Co-ordinate projects to minimise disruption and inconvenience
  • Complete monthly reports
  • Take part in the on call escalation list (Site visits not required)
  • Attend courses where necessary for professional growth

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of Contract Management from either an electrical or mechanical background
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Level 3 electrical or mechanical qualifications
  • IOSH (Mandatory)
  • NEBOSH (Desirable)
