- Identify, evaluate and secure profitable land opportunities for rresidential construction.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers.
- Work closely with the construction department to ensure project feasibility.
- Lead project presentations to the company's senior leadership.
- Maintain a strong network within the industry to stay informed of potential land opportunities.
- Work in line with company policies and construction regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the construction process.
- Provide regular project updates and reports.
Profile
A successful Development Director (Land Manager) should have:
- A degree in Land Management, Real Estate or a related field.
