The Role:
As a project manager, you will oversee diverse projects, from new product launches to system improvements, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Your strategic planning skills will be key in managing resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:
- A project management qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2).
- 2+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- Track record of successfully delivering projects end-to-end.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Desirables:
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Familiarity with resource planning tools.
