Location: Sheffield base with travel required throughout the United Kingdom

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Delivery Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of interior design and fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the companies’ high standards and client expectations. The role will be based from the Sheffield office with frequent travel around the UK to project sites.

Key Accountability / Requirements of Role:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design, construction, or related industry.
  • Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery North/South dependant on project location.
  • Leading on projects once it has been designed and estimated.                   
  • Checking Drawings and Scope to ensure they align and highlight concerns.
  • Working with the QS to ensure all Subcontract orders are placed
  • Ensuring all requirements are met for the site set up.
  • Dealing with RFI’s with the client and within the business departments.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety are our predominant considerations when making decisions regarding the site.
  • Ensuring the Site Manager has all the information he/she requires to run the site. Drawings/ sub-contractor Package details (not financial) / Project Contacts.
  • Attending and recording site meetings and internal project meetings.
  • Ensuring all project data is retained and stored correctly at the end of the Project.
  • Occasionally being based on site.
  • Frequent visits to sites on locations throughout the UK
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Skills / Qualifications Required:

  • CSCS Card Black or professionally qualified preferred
  • SSSTS or SMSTS (SMSTS preferred)
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Computer skills essential – Procore Project Management Software
  • Must be able to use Word/ Outlook/Excel and Project
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • First Aid preferred – not essential
