A dynamic and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy are actively seeking a dedicated and personable Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team in London.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be actively engaged in large scale, multi-storey Commercial projects ranging up to 100,000 sq foot and valued up to 200m.

The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will see through high-rise, luxurious Commercial Office, Leisure, and Mixed-Use projects from any RIBA stage, but commonly from inception through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to dive into complex yet exciting projects across the vibrant city of London, expanding their personal growth and within the next few years in the business.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Possesses professional qualifications in fields such as construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
• RICS, APM, CIOB accredited (desirable)
• Previous experience in a Consultancy
• Proven track record of handling projects with a minimum value of 20 million or more.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage the entirety of a project or a significant portion of it.
• Strong Commercial sector experience
