We are seeking enthusiastic Lettings Agents to join a fast-paced, customer-focused lettings team. Youll manage the end-to-end lettings process while delivering excellent tenant and landlord experiences.
- Manage property viewings, tenant applications, referencing, and tenancy agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords.
- Market properties to maximise exposure and occupancy.
- Oversee tenancy renewals and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and stay informed about market trends.
- Previous lettings or property management experience is preferred
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- A proactive, goal-oriented individual with a passion for property.
- Valid UK driving license required.
