Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Oversee and manage staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Logistics: Organize and coordinate staff jobs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Prestart Meetings: Conduct prestart meetings to outline project goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Requirements:
- Construction Experience: Essential for this role.
- Gas Membrane Industry Experience: Beneficial but not mandatory; however, knowledge in this area is required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required for the role.
