About the business: CRA Consulting are currently working on behalf of a prestigious law firm in Sheffield city centre who are looking for a professional and driven Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the conveyancing team, working alongside experienced solicitors to ensure a high level of service is delivered to clients. You will be involved in a wide range of residential conveyancing matters ranging from freehold and leasehold sale & purchases through to remortgages, transfers of equity and more. Knowledge of the Land Registry and basic requirements for registrations and SDLT is desirable.
