An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join an established, stable and supportive team.This role will see you working closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners within the residential conveyancing department and supporting across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters.If successful, you will perform the following role as a Paralegal* Handling new enquiries, taking instruction from prospective clients * Screening incoming communications via telephone, email and post * Liaising with existing clients, providing updates and requesting required documentation * Running a busy caseload, supporting a fee earner, with purchase, sales, mortgage and new build files * Handling land registry, title checks, searches, reservations, applications and balances * Supporting senior fee earners with administrative duties where required * Closing files and ensuring accurate and organised filing * Running client reports, supporting with billing, issuing statements and processing information through the case management system To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:12 months experience in conveyancing * Proven ability to work independently * Excellent attention to detail and client care skills How to apply:If this vacancy is of interest, please click the apply button.
